Version 6.51 bugfix release

Please read the 6.51 Bugfix Release notes for more information on this current
revision. There are ALOT of changes and fixes in this one, so it behooves everyone
to get up to date on what has been changed.

Important ADDENDUM : For a short amount of time, I had a version posted here (and elsewhere) that was missing a critical library (LibRockHook). This has since been resolved. If you are getting errors messages about that library missing, please redownload

Another ADDENDUM : There was a stupid bug (jira SKG-154) that has been fixed and re-pushed as 6.53. I'm not going to do anything but update the zip with that fix

Finally: I forgot to include Hooks in the 6.51/6.53 release. 6.59 fixes that. Duh
